The autumn weather is definitely here, and the wind and rain and dark days are starting to become a usual daily sight. With fashionable men around the UK and Europe needing to get around the town you’ll need to be investing in at least a hat and scarf if not gloves as well depending on how cold it gets where you live. The ‘Loose Double Flip’ requires quite a long scarf and sees the knitted or cotton scarf wrapped loosely once or twice around the neck for extra warmth. One for the younger lads is the ‘Modern Knot’ which sees a colourful scarf with fringing hang down the front of your coat or jumper and is tied with a simple knot at the back. The most popular, and my personal favourite, is the ‘Parisian Knot’ which sees the scarf folded in two lengthways, draped around the neck and then tightened by passing the loose end through the loop. This design is both simple and easy to adjust if it’s cold!
