Mainline Menswear Christmas Returns Policy Launched Today!

That’s right; we’ve launched our Christmas returns policy today to our amazing customers and anybody else who is looking for some beautiful designer menswear over the next couple of months. With only eight weeks left until Christmas day the organised among you will already have lists and ideas for the loved ones in your life, and now with the policy being launched you can shop with the peace of mind of being able to return anything in case a different size is needed or a change of colour. If you’re looking to order some designer gifts over the next couple of months then read on, as this information will greatly help your Christmas shopping.

As we value our customers very much, and want to give them something to enjoy as early as November we’re giving anyone that orders Christmas gifts between now and the 22nd of December (the last guaranteed Christmas posting date) the chance to return their unwanted gifts, or exchange them for a different size colour or item right up until the 7th of January 2012. This means that you have a fantastic 14 days from Christmas Day to change any gifts, so you can shop safe in the knowledge that if you do grab the wrong size (as designer brands can vary considerably between brands and items) we’ll happily swap it over for you, and return the item back to you free of charge, meaning all you have to do is get down to the post office between Christmas Day and the 6th of December.

As usual there are certain terms that come with such a great deal. All items must be in their original clear packaging, and must (and this is a real MUST) still have the original tags, barcodes and labels still attached to the garment. For health and hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of underwear or earrings so please don’t return these to us. Items have to be unworn and returned to us without any obvious odours such as aftershave or deodorant, so don’t be trying on the clothing when you have just sprayed your new scent from head to toe! Every single item that is returned to us, for either a refund or exchange is QC checked by our returns team, so make sure that you stick to the terms above and your return will be processed quickly.
