As the clothing ranges continue to appear daily at the moment we’re working hard to keep up with all the new stuff that is being added to the website. Alongside the impending arrivals of Anerkjendt and Creative Recreation to the website we’ve also been getting the usual favourites back in stock, and with more brands available on the site than ever before we’re thinking that a range this big needs shouting about from the top of a mountain! Unfortunately we don’t have a mountain so we’ll use our blog instead. With so much being added on a daily basis we thought we’d start with the Brits and especially a brand that has caught the attention of the public in recent seasons. Luke 1977 is one of the more sought after brands on Mainline Menswear and their signature range of very laddish, on trend and fashionable clothing that looks equally at home on the terraces, down the pub or round ‘the square’ on Eastenders.
This season and summer 2013 in particular Luke 1977 clothing are going back to their original roots and are offering the styling, materials and ethos that made them popular with the British public a couple of years ago. Gone are the attempts at technical jackets and high fashion pieces while in its place appears a golf inspired range as well as original inspiration clothing and outerwear that will hopefully see the brand return to some of its original fan base while keeping its new found friends. This coupled with Luke 1977 being seen on the backs of Dynamo the Magician, a large number of Premier League Footballers, various stars from the world of music including Tinchy Stryder and Tempah T and a whole host of famous faces from around the UK will see the brand rocket back to must have status.
In my opinion the autumn and winter seasons for the brand are always the best as they roll out the iconic Luke 1977 knitwear for the chilly days, and they’re spot on with their designs, keeping guys warm and looking fashionable from October onwards. Knitted jumpers, cardigans, zip tops and hoodies are readily available in a variety of sizes and colours alongside their most customary polo shirts, t shirts, tailored casual shirts, trainers and shoes and the outerwear ranges that include gilets, quilted jackets and some hooded windbreakers. All of the above and more is available at Mainline Menswear in this seasons must have designs such as polka dots, stripes and block bright colours (not all found together at once obviously). The website has possibly the largest online range for an independent clothing stockist, so why not head to the site now and pick up a couple of pieces for the coming season?
